You should have. . .
Professional experience with typical wood shop tools
Table Saw Experience
Chop Saw Experience
Experience with Air Nailers and Staple Guns
Eagerness to learn.
Listens to directions well, and can be left alone without extra guidance.
Some Experience with plastic laminate is preferred
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong math skills
An eye for quality and a good work ethic
Ability to lift heavy material, and be on your feet
Reliable transportation and good attendance
