Waterwheel Farm (20 acres) in conjunction with Kohr Values Equine is search of a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) stable hands for 18 plus horses. Must be reliable, hardworking (a bit strong) and have horse experience. Pay starts at 18-20 per hour depending on experience and room to increase.
Recent horse experience is a must and able to handle "spicy" horses at times.
Basic duties include-
Feeding
Clean and bed stalls
Turnout and turn-in of horses
Filling hay bags
Clean water troughs
Arena maintenance
Dragging pastures
Light property maintenance, etc.
