Stanwood. Part time LIVE IN caregiver needed, one person only please, no pets, and the bonus of inexpensive rent. Beautiful historic home on acreage on river 1 mile from town, 10 mins to freeway. This is a very large 3400 sf 5 bedroom, 2 bath historic home. Dad lives in the back room on the main floor, it's a VERY private home & setting on acreage with hundreds of acres of farmland around it yet 1 min to city/10 mins to freeway. Need a part time caregiver to prepare meals (7-10 hrs a week) and prepare weekly meds (put in weekly container). Dad is 87 years old and needs minimal help taking meds 2x day and meals 1x day (and some shopping) so most of your time is FREE to do as you wish & you get the benefit of reduced rent. He drives & stays busy but needs some minor care at home. He's quiet & pleasant. He doesn't cook so needs dinner made (sometimes lunch). Rent is low @ $600/mo. & $100 utilities. $25 hr. Need someone who needs a place to hang hat & be comfortable (minimal care involved) in this lovely historic home. IF you have administrative skills, we need some help with emails & computer work/phone calls also to resolve a pending matter.
