I am looking to hire someone to clean two airbnb listings I have on the same property. One is an 900 sq ft A-frame cabin with two bedrooms, two full baths and an outdoor deck. The second is a "glamping dome" that is 400 sq ft with an outdoor half bath, one bed and outdoor kitchen with grill. We would need to have someone come to clean between 5-10 times a month depending on how many turnovers we have based on bookings. Sometime we will need both listings cleaned and other times we will need just one. The cabin should take about 2 hours and the dome takes just 1 hour. The time frame is between 11am and 3pm. The cleaning tasks are:
-dusting all surfaces
-vacuuming, sweeping and mopping tiled areas
-cleaning windows and mirrors
-sanitizing light switches and door handles
-changing bed linens and using washer and dryer on site to clean
-checking under bed and behind furniture for debris
-taking out the trash and replacing bin linings
-disinfecting counters, sinks and stove in kitchen
-emptying and running dishwasher
-cleaning out fridge
-refilling essentials like toilet paper, soap dispensers, etc.
-cleaning toilets, sinks and showers in bathrooms
-checking that drains aren't clogged and water is running in all sinks and showers
-sweeping decks and entryway
-wiping down outdoor furniture
-cleaning grills as needed
-checking that appliances, wifi, smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, lighting and HVAC systems are working and alerting us if they aren't so we can arrange for repairs
-alerting us if we are running low on inventory (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.)
$100 for the cabin and $60 for the dome per clean.
We are open to providing cleaning supplies but if you have your own that's great.
