Our beautiful pediatric dental office in Anacortes is seeking a financial coordinator. The right candidate should work well with others, be detail-oriented, display a curiosity for learning new things, and exhibit patience & composure. We strive to provide a safe & inviting environment for both children and their parents, so your work ethic & personality must be able to reflect that. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
This position is full-time, with a typical weekly schedule being 7:30a-4:30p, Mon-Fri. Experience with dental insurance & practice management software is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Job duties include:
-Verifying insurance eligibility & benefits
-Creating & sending insurance claims
-Processing payments from patients & insurance carriers
-Reviewing & sending patient treatment plans for accurate estimates
-Assist doctor with maintaining up-to-date credentials & contracts
