We are a family-owned Hotel. We pride our self in providing comfortable, clean, and affordable accommodations to our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hotel Managers (couple) to lead our team and ensure that our guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a focus guest satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Applicants must live on site. This is a full-time job.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations: Manage the motel’s front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth operations.
- Guest satisfaction: Ensure all guests receive exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Staff supervision: Manage a team of housekeepers.
Facility maintenance: Ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
Administrative duties: Handle reservations, process payments, manage records, and ensure compliance with Hotel policies and procedures.
