A local-focused, full service restaurant seeks a Line cook who is passionate about cooking and able to work in an open kitchen setting, using the best available ingredients. All cooks work directly with the Kitchen Manager and Management team to related duties as required. Salary is dependent on experience; paid vacation upon long term employment, paid sick leave,and tips
Requires responsibility; keeping pace with other line cooks. Work involves physical effort and heavy lifting. Schedule requires: lunch hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be comfortable cooking lunch, and dinner; working with fresh, unpackaged foods; be able to organize and rotate inventory. Must be able to clean work area and help others with cleaning tasks as required.
Requires ability to: deal courteously and effectively with employees and the general public; work at a fast pace. Must maintain a professional clean appearance.
