we are in need of a kitchen lead or a sous chef willing to take the reigns on some of our catering events, we are booked like crazy this summer and need help with prep, and someone to lead on the event days or work with the Executive Chef on some event days. must possess great knife skills, have your own transportation, and a food handlers card. Skills needed are great communication between the cooks and other chefs, being able to solo projects and develop flavor in recipes, trusting your staff and delegating them to do tasks to ensure the event goes smooth. must keep a clean area and be sufficient in cooking and sanitation. must be highly organized and be able to multitask several tasks. This is a seasonal job, starting in June-October. Some jobs will be in the greater Seattle area, or in various locations in Snohomish county. Some may require to go other counties
