Boutique Hotel Team Member (FOH/BOH)

There’s nothing quite like fall in the San Juan Islands! Join our team and enjoy living and working in our little oasis. As we wind down from the busy summer season, we are looking to hire new team members that will continue caring for our onsite guests throughout the fall and winter seasons. This is a wonderful time to join the team, as it allows for a more seamless transition into our busier spring and summer seasons. Availability exists for “temp/seasonal” employees that are willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months, and work through the fall and winter months (part-time to full-time). We are also looking to hire full-time “permanent” employees that will stay on for a minimum of 12 months, through the 2026 summer season.

We are seeking multiple team members to work in a variety of positions. A minimum of one year of experience working in the hospitality industry is required. This can include bussing, serving, cooking, bartending, front desk, housekeeping, banquets, etc. In addition to our hotel rooms, we have an onsite restaurant that provides daily service for our hotel guests, visitors and locals. There are multiple positions available, with some split between multiple roles/tasks throughout the week. We are seeking to have most positions filled and employees available to start training before the end of September.

-Are you looking for temp/seasonal or permanent employment? Are you looking to work part-time or full-time? Do you have any limitations in your schedule, as to when you would be available to work? Please list any specific schedule questions or concerns you may have.

-Are you comfortable working in a team-focused environment where everyone is open to helping their teammates as needed? Our business requires we all move and flex as needed throughout each shift to ensure success - are you comfortable with managing multiple tasks throughout one shift, and having those tasks possibly differ from shift to shift?

-What experience(s) would be relevant to this job, or help communicate your comfort with the working in this type of environment and/or “wearing many hats"?

Typical/Standard Hourly Rate: $17/hour + Tips Experience and level of responsibility tied to position will determine final rate offered
