Terramar, a craft brewery and distillery, is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing bar/beer-tender to provide excellent customer service experiences to our guests. Beertenders should exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as be knowledgeable and able to educate our guests about Terramar’s beer, cider, spirits and artisan pizza.
Beer/Bar-tenders will work in one of the three on-site serving areas, the taproom, back 40, and speakeasy. You are expected to interact with guests and deliver top-notch service. You will also be expected to bus and clean as needed. All employees must have a do-it-all attitude and flexibility in scheduling. - Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Required Experience/Skills:
- 1-3 years craft beer experience
- A strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Organized, highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Friendly, positive, confident, professional and engaging attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Cash handling and point of sale reconciliation experience
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
License:
- Valid Driver's License
- MAST Permit
- Food Handlers Card
