Bilingual Assistant Teacher

Fiddlehead Montessori is seeking a warm, reliable, and bilingual Spanish-speaking Assistant Teacher to support our 3–6-year-old classroom. This role is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a joyful, child-centered Montessori environment where curiosity, independence, and kindness are nurtured every day.
We are looking for someone who:
Is fluent in both English and Spanish
Has a love for working with children ages 3–6
Is dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
After care - 3:30-5:30pm
Schedule: We will consider part-time (3-6pm) ideally full-time (11am - 6pm)
Location: Fiddlehead Montessori, Anacortes, WA
Pay: $21-$24 an hour, based on experience
No Montessori experience? No problem, we’ll provide on-the-job training and mentorship.
