Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the industry, based in Shoreline, Washington, 98133, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding families through the preplanning burial process, providing empathetic support, and helping families design memorial stones to honor their loved ones.Responsibilities: Provide empathetic support to families during the preplanning burial arrangement process Carefully assist families with the design of personalized memorial stones Handle inbound and outbound calls with respect and care Ensure all customer service inquiries are resolved accurately and efficiently Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions Use Microsoft Excel and Word to organize customer information and order entries Schedule appointments as needed to facilitate the preplanning process Maintain a high level of professionalism during email correspondence with families and other stakeholders Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary Ensure family needs and preferences are met with utmost care and respect during the entire process.
