Primary Responsibilities:- - Effectively communicates with the Manager, Assistant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor / Technicians.
- Provide customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and handling telephone and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide a welcoming and well-maintained environment to customers.
- Provide information to customer to assist them in making informed rental decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and in a professional and sympathetic manner.```{=html}

- Perform Office duties when needed.

- Seek out opportunities for professional improvement, instruction, and training.
- Makes purchases as needed on company credit card. (purchases over $500 needs prior approval)
- Review facility maintenance and report issues/concerns to Maintenance Supervisor and Office Manager.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Staff in coordinating, scheduling, and identifying issues requiring staff attention and assist in executing all assigned tasks as efficiently as possible.
- Identify and perform additional tasks as required to fulfil job task/responsibilities/work orders.Primary Tasks:- - Excellent customer service skills
- Storsmart Insurance- Generate/e-mail to enrollments on a weekly basis (as needed).
- Facility Inspections- Monday, Wednesday, Friday's
- Facility Cleaning/Weeds (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Weekly maintains the weeds on Brown, Second, Taylor and Grant.
- Assist with Emergency Company Phone (as needed)```{=html}

- Checks billing/customer service e-mails every morning and throughout the day.
- Answer/make office telephone calls, texts, and e-mails in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

- Update/Review Unit Booking/Waiting List/Maintenance/Special Projects spreadsheets.
- Checks the Kiosk, U-Haul, Mailbox, Dropbox every morning for payments.
- Emergency phone calls/texts

- Update tenant/unit booking list
- Reserve and rent storage units, follow up Website reservations, post payments.
- Move customers in and out, customer transfers, reviewing completed move-ins and move outs.
- Actively sell retail supplies and merchandise.
- Call delinquent customers on the 8th and the 20th of each month when needed.
