- Proficient in computer applications such as CDK, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Welcoming customers and providing a positive first impression.
- Efficient management of technician workflows.
- Advising customers on service recommendations.
- Regularly updating customers on their vehicle repair status.
- Oversight of lead generation, customer satisfaction metrics.
- Achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Ensuring excellence in customer service, operational standards, and product quality.
- Passing a mandatory drug screening.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and customer engagement.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Outstanding communication skills, our technicians conduct video inspections of customers' vehicles you provide clear and informative dialogue through email or text messaging with the customer.
