Job Overview:
We are the #1 rated moving company in Seattle and have been in business for over 15 years. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lead Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and furniture to various locations. This position requires heavy lifting and excellent driving skills.
Salary: 2-week training at $21/hr, then $24-$26/hr when driving, and $21/hr when helping. Tips are additional (approximately $50-$100 daily on average).

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods and furniture
- Load and unload items onto the truck
- Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
- Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns or questions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Assist with moving furniture and other items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a box truck and moving household furniture
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
