Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of Golf Carts, Utility Vehicles, and EV cars to our customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. This role requires a dependable individual who can manage multiple deliveries and navigate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area.
Load and unload products from the delivery trailer.
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries.
Collect payments and obtain signatures from customers as needed.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
