Greetings Trades People,
With respect to your skills (I mean that sincerely as I come from the trades). Now I'm a licensed architect from WI that is working through a home renovation project in West Seattle for my family there. Mostly through SDCI permit likely before 2/1/25. We choose to do much of the trades work ourselves given the extreme cost of building locally and desire to learn some skills. We seek independent trades people that are licensed for qualifications and to draw their respective permits. We'd like to pay for the work that is provided to us by the hour and of course for the permit and all time/tasks etc. to do work on the project, inspect our work for best practices, code compliance etc. Please trust we are VERY experienced and capable people. Myself with ± 50 years of construction and architecture and son a very capable manager at Amazon. We are willing to negotiate that you are fully compensated as this is a project for learning some building construction, skilled trades-work and have some fun building at the same time.
If interested, contact me. It's a smaller project, not very complicated and now more affordable.
Thx,
M
