We’re a well-established local contractor specializing in exterior envelope repairs and cladding replacements for multi-family and commercial buildings. With a strong reputation for quality and service, and a 14-month backlog of work in King and Snohomish counties, we’re looking for an experienced Site Superintendent who excels in customer service and has strong people skills to lead our projects to successful completion.

Our projects range from $250K to $10M and last anywhere from a few months to over a year. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining a high standard of work throughout the renovation process.

Responsibilities:

Customer-Focused Leadership: Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.

Review and understand project plans, specifications, bid letters, and estimates to effectively manage the project.

Plan and schedule jobsite tasks, subcontractors, and material deliveries while keeping an open line of communication with clients and the project team.

Generate and manage the overall CPM schedule for the project with the Project Manager using MS Project.

Manage materials ordering, ensuring timely deliveries and proper pricing, and maintain open communication with vendors and suppliers.

Quality Control & Service Excellence: Ensure that all work meets high-quality standards and client expectations, and that materials match specifications and approved submittals.

Maintain jobsite safety and conduct regular safety inspections to provide a safe working environment for all.

Provide consistent, clear, and accurate communication in daily reports, safety meeting minutes, and weekly safety inspections.

Manage jobsite tool inventory and maintenance, ensuring that equipment is in good condition and ready for use.

Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings with Project Manager, Owner, and Architect/Engineer to provide input and ensure alignment with client goals.

Interview for prospective projects and contribute to business development efforts with the Project Manager and company leadership.

Qualifications:

Strong People Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage teams while keeping customer satisfaction top of mind.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to carefully follow project plans and specifications while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs.

Prior experience in site supervision, particularly in exterior envelope and cladding replacement projects, is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.

A commitment to safety and maintaining a culture of care for all project personnel.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $80-115K per year, based on experience.
