Alpha Railing Company is seeking skilled and reliable full-time Stair & Railing Installers to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for installing modern floating stairs and/or railing installation: glass, cable and welded picket system types. We are hiring for full-time employees only. Previous experience in construction, or as an installation technician would be ideal. We are open to training a great candidate who is interested in growing with us and leading a crew in the future. Requirements:
Attention to detail with measurements, unload tools/prep material/set up equipment, read and follow construction plans, adhere to job safety protocol, follow project instructions from field manager and safely operate a variety of tools.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent educational experience. The ability to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders and safely working at elevated levels. To be able to work independently or as an active member of a team. Looking for positive attitude and work ethic. Safe driving record. This is a drug-free workplace.
