Position:Sr. Diesel Mechanic/ Technician
Grove Truck Repair, Inc. is seeking a senior diesel technician to join its veteran team. You will have the opportunity to join team members who individually have over 40 years of industry experience. You will also have the opportunity to take part in employee ownership. As we grow, we’re looking for team members with a growth mindset and who are interested in making a significant impact on the company and especially our clients.
Responsibilities:
Perform complex diagnosis and repair on diesel trucks and trailers, ranging from Class 1 to 8
Inspect truck components, including hydraulic and suspension systems, differentials, fuel systems, brakes, and powertrain
Leverage in-depth knowledge of engines and onboard electronics
Train less experienced technicians on new skills and increase their ability to handle more complex work
Requires:
4+ years of experience working on diesel trucks and trailers
Own tool set
H high school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check
Shift:8-hour shift, Monday-Friday
Salary:$34-48/hr
