Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including but not limited to:
- Carpentry (framing, trim work, repairs)
- Drywall installation and repair
- Minor plumbing and electrical work
- Door and window installation/repair
- General home maintenance and small repairs
- Travel to client locations in Denver and surrounding areas
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Ensure job sites are clean and safe
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or handyman
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle a variety of small-to-medium repair and maintenance jobs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within Denver and surrounding areas
