What we are looking for:

PDC Electric is seeking a Field Superintendent to support our growing organization. This position

will estimate potential new jobs, manage field staff, and manage all aspects of active jobs

(scope, schedule and budget) with support from our office staff. This position is on-site, client sites generally within the greater Seattle area, & occasional travel (up to 30%) required.

What you’ll do:

Design, install, and troubleshoot electrical systems

Design, install, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems

Estimate time and materials for potential new jobs

Liaise with clients on-site

Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality of jobs

Manage field staff

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Ability to travel within the state of Washington

5 years’ minimum experience in industrial electrical space with general contractor,

electrical contractor, engineering firm, or equivalent

2 years’ minimum experience managing projects

Proactive and disciplined with strong organization, time management, and prioritization

skills

Ambitious and strategic with an aptitude for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities

to add value by filling service gaps that may exist

An attentive and detail-oriented individual that ensures quality and safety on every job

Ability to proactively identify potential issues before they arise and adjust when needed

to prevent them from occurring

Ability to read, write, red line, and collaborate with others to develop industrial controls

electrical schematics

Compensation of $60-$70/hour, depending on experience

Requirements:

Availability for full-time working hours

Availability and willingness to travel occasionally, up to 30%

Valid driver's license and electrical license

Master Electrician or Administrators EL01 license is a plus

Knowledge of electrical WAC / RCW, NEC, NFPA79

Knowledge of UL508A a bonus

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related role

Ability to pass a background check and drug test
