We also install more rain gutter systems than any other contractor on the island – copper half-rounds and traditional K-style gutters in copper and aluminum. We have top-of-the-line equipment, telehandler lifts, trucks, and trailers.

We are seeking a driven, motivated Manager/Foreman with natural leadership qualities to join our team to oversee all day-to-day operations and supervise, coordinate, and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing and rain gutter projects. This person will be responsible for managing overall production, employee relations, job supervision, and customer satisfaction and will report directly to the owner.

Determine training needs for employees; organize and direct needed training in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Recruit, train, and retain a workforce

LEARN and then teach best practices for roofing and rain gutter installations by fully participating in on-the-job training

Plan jobs for labor crews

Assist with material ordering and stocking inventory

In-depth knowledge of various sloped roof systems, the products used in those systems and their installation

Knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality and to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company standards

Ability to collect and research data to the company’s benefit
