Job Functions:
- Installation of PV System, from array mounting hardware through AC/ DC run
- Move material to roof using installation and safety best practices
- Follow electrical line diagrams and equipment specifications to install high quality PV systems
- Work with electrician to activate photovoltaic (PV) systems to verify system functionality and conformity to performance expectations
- Maintain job site and vehicle cleanliness
- Adhere to project designs, plans and best practices to ensure quality and code compliance
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions on roofs and tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
- Communication to team about job status
- Work with teams of 3-4

Requirements:
- Roofing experience
- Reliable team player with an outstanding work ethic and professional demeanor
- Comfortable working on varying types of roofs in all environments
- Must maintain a Driver's License.
- Transportation to and from our office (located in SODO).
- Knowledge and safe use of hand-held and power tools.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Basic building schematic reading
- Strong leadership and communication skills
