Blue Water Design Build LLC is seeking an EXPERIENCED Residential Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor (Bags on). Successful candidates are goal-driven, well-organized, outside-the-box problem solvers with attention to detail and the ability to manage a team with at least 10 years of experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of general contractor and carpentry experience, or ability to demonstrate comparable skill level.
5+ years in a “bags on” Foreman.
Experience with high-end remodels and new home projects.
Experience with remodeling framing and ability to think on the go
Management of multiple trades such as plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, engineering, and specifications.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Must have a full selection of tools to perform the work.
High level of accuracy and pride in your craft.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to multitask.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Well organized with attention to detail.
Experience with leading a crew and keeping multiple jobs on schedule.
Experience with Remodeling and addressing challenges with solutions.
