Position: Refrigeration Technician
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose malfunctions, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a refrigeration technician or similar role, with expertise in commercial refrigeration systems.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, components, and systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing refrigeration system issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license
