ICON Real Estate Services, Inc. is a locally-owned property management firm serving the greater Puget Sound Region since 2015. We are a team of seasoned professionals who work collaboratively to serve our clients’ and residents’ needs. We are looking for qualified property management professionals to join our team as we continually grow and expand.
We are seeking an experienced P/T Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to oversee a portfolio of properties between the Downtown and North Seattle Region
Responsibilities include:
-General property and grounds upkeep
-Receiving and completing resident work order requests in a timely manner
-Turning vacant units and ensuring rent-ready condition within 2-4 days
-Help coordinate appointments with vendors and oversee larger capital improvement or maintenance projects under the direction of the property manager
-Must be available 24 hours for maintenance emergencies
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
-Have at least 3 years of general maintenance experience in the property management or hospitality industry
-Must be proficient in various skills such as general plumbing, heating, carpentry, electrical, appliance, and painting
-An absolute must to high-quality repairs and work with minimal supervision or follow-ups
-Have excellent customer service skills and contribute to overall goal of resident retention and satisfaction
-Have general knowledge and experience performing duties that comply with the WA State Landlord/Tenant Laws
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Be able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgment
-Must pass full background check
-Must have own transportation and tools
-Must have a valid WA State Drivers License
