2+ years professional painting experience (interior & exterior)
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to our system
Strong attention to detail — cut lines matter
No bad attitudes, no excuses, no shortcuts
Must have your own transportation
Comfortable working on ladders with a harness
Willing to travel up to 50 miles for jobs
