We are a small (5 people for now) woodworking company and General Contractor looking to add the right person to the team. We have a 4200 sq ft shop in Ballard with nice tools (Festool, Sawstop, etc). The quality of work we deliver is very high, and we pride ourselves on working hard and playing hard. From cabinets to remodels to furniture, handrails, stair screens, doors, we do it all! Our clients are always happy with the work, because we do not put profits over quality and never cut corners. Most Importantly, we bring a level of humanity to our business and want to bring on the kind of person who appreciates having their life outside of work valued and respected.
About you
We are looking for a carpenter with at least 5 years experience who can be a lead on the wide variety of jobs we do. This includes residential remodels, high level finish carpentry, building decks, installing doors and windows, building and installing cabinets, and a lot more. Any candidate that we would consider would have nice personal/hand tools and a clean driving record.
