BOLD Low Voltage is a low voltage electrical contractor specializing in new construction multifamily residential construction projects. BOLD Low Voltage installs Fire Alarm, Access control, IP Video / CCTV and Telecom Systems.
BOLD Low Voltage is rapidly growing allowing our staff the opportunity for many avenues of growth. We strive to maintain a family-type atmosphere and are committed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of two years installation experience. (preferred)
Washington State 06 or 02/01 Electrical License. (preferred)
Knowledgeable in one or more of the following: Telecommunications, Access Control, IP Video/ CCTV or Fire Alarm installation. (preferred)
Valid driver’s license / reliable transportation. (required)
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. (required)
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards. (preferred)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pulling and routing low voltage cable in a multifamily residential new construction environment.
Termination of wiring (Cat 5e/6/6A, Coax, 14/2, 18/2 etc.).
Testing and labeling of all wire runs.
Troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Terminations of Fire Alarm Devices.
Installing support structures for solutions (Racks, J-Hooks, conduits, etc.).
Maintain a professional positive relationship with the customer and pass on needed information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.
Read and interpret various blueprints.
Physical Demands:
Duties include the use of a ladder.
May be asked to perform tasks that require long periods of standing, sitting, bending, twisting or reaching above the shoulders.
Repeated use of power tools.
Ability to climb and descend stairs repeatedly throughout the workday.
Candidate will need to frequently lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs.
Geographical Area:
As a “South Puget Sound” employee you will be asked to work at project jobsites in; Renton, Kent, Tacoma, Burien, Tukwila, etc If asked to commute to “Central Puget Sound” or “North Puget Sound” additional travel stipend may be provided per employee handbook.

8-hour shift (standard)
10-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Compensation:
Full Time Employment.
$25-$35/hr. depending on experience
