We are now looking for an experienced operator in excavation services as well as a team leader/manager.
Expectations of this position include but not limited to the following:
Positive attitude
Ability to problem solve
Work hard
Organize
Operate heavy equipment, primarily excavators and skid steers efficiently and safely
Punctuality Show up on time!
Willing to learn aswell as train others
Work in adverse weather conditions
Basic maintenance of equipment
Honesty
CDL A is a plus!
Knowledge in fencing is also a bonus!
We are a small 3 man company and are eagerly looking for the right person tha fits the bill.
We will do full site development projects to small driveway jobs and everything in between.
Starting pay would be around 35 an hour and also open to negotiate depending on experience and attitude.
Benefits are fairly minimal at this point due to how small we are and we are honestly still working out all the details but we do offer profit share to a lead operator, general benefits include travel time, paid lunch and 2 weeks vacation time.
