Well-rounded carpenters and handymen with their transportation and tools, who can communicate well, who know why and how to ensure customer satisfaction, and who have a strong work ethic.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
DI Contracting is a highly-rated, Spokane-based handymanrebuild company. We recently expanded to begin serving Snohomish and Skagit counties. We aim to build a strong team of highly competent workers who will work full-time, be paid well, and receive bonuses.
WHAT JDI IS LOOKING FOR IN THEIR WORKERS
1. Worker competence: We're looking for skilled individuals who desire to learn, and as needed, will review YouTube-type how-to videos before starting a job. We do not expect everyone to be able to do everything—we do expect a learning curve—we expect some mistakes. But we're looking for life-long learners who strive for excellence.
2. Communication: We are looking for workers who are fluent in English wnd will ensure a quick turnaround time to text/phone/email messages.
3. Consistency/Punctuality: We're looking for people who show upand a few minutes early to each job
4. Individuals who will represent the company well: In general, JDI wants to present a positive professional image. This means all staff must be polite and diplomatic with customers, refrain from profanity, not smoke/drink/use drugs on the job, and come to work dressed in clean, appropriate clothing (shirts will be available soon). No ripped clothing, tank tops, or shirts with text or imagery that some may find offensive.
We have high expectations and high standards. If you have a vehicle (preferably a truck), tools, and feel good about the work structure outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
