Applicants who already hold a valid Washington State Pesticide Applicator License will receive a $500.00 signing bonus after 90 days of employment. (Routes are available in Puget Sound Region)
Stop Bugging Me Pest Control (SBM) is seeking reliable customer service minded individuals who are looking for a new career in an exciting field. This position is responsible for performing Integrated Pest Management solutions for residential and commercial customers. An SBM Technician solves problems, recommends actions to prevent future pest issues, and creates long-term customers. Prior pest control experience is welcome, but not necessary as we provide paid training.
Licensed Technician Pay
The base hourly pay for licensed technicians is DOE and begins at $22.00 per hour.
Our Technicians earn production bonuses in addition to their hourly rate of pay based on performance. Production can exceed $1000.00 monthly for an established route.
Unlicensed Applicants - Trainees
Our training program is approximately 6 to 8 weeks long and is paid on-the-job field training. The rate of pay during training is $20.00 per hour. During this time, study time and testing materials will be arranged and scheduled for obtaining a Washington State pesticide applicator license. Trainees who successfully complete their training and obtain their license are issued a work truck and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
· Clean driving record
· Lift and carry 50 pounds
· Customer Service Experience preferred
· Review of completed criminal background check

4PM to 5PM
