Our company, Palmer Residential, is looking for a Lead Carpenter – our company calls this position a “Lead Remodeler”, who is wanting and willing to learn our way of customer service. You do not need all of your own tools – we can provide the majority of tools needed.

Ensure a clean job site throughout the day on a daily basis
Ensure jobsite protection (dust barriers, floor coverings, etc.)
Ensure clean tools, organize tools, and store tools correctly

Skills Requirements:
Must consistently be punctual and show up on time daily
Complete 90 day onboarding program
Ability to work from a set of plans and scope of work is preferred
Experience reviewing and using product specifications is preferred
5 years carpentry experience desired
Outside of managing the project and trade partners, typical hands on tasks includes demo, framing, millworks, cabinets, hardware, drywall/paint touch-ups and plumbing trims
Long range scheduling for projects
You must have a reliable vehicle – company vehicle provided after on boarding period
Have a proficient level of reading and writing to communicate well with team members and customers
High level of attention to detail
Must possess a high school diploma or a GED
