We are looking to grow our team. We are an established design-build remodeling company seeking a VERY experienced carpenter, skilled in all aspects of residential remodeling. Must have own set of hand tools, power tools and reliable transportation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS
-experienced and proficient in remodeling (trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, decks, framing); 7+ years in advanced carpentry positions preferred
-able to read and interpret building plans
-great with people - both clients and other employees; respect and kindness is non-negotiable
-experienced in overseeing, training and directing laborers on the job for maximum efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment
-understanding safety compliance and prioritizes safety for all
-a great communicator and is team-minded
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job site lead in directing day to day activities with bags on
Overseeing job site protection and cleanliness
Supervision of Subcontractors
Customer satisfaction
Organized and able to maintain job site paperwork
Able to complete projects within given timelines
BENEFITS
Pay is based on experience – starting wages is $38 an hour to $45 an hour, depending on experience
