We work in a unique industry that’s full of adventure and challenges. If you haven’t been to a tradeshow, let me tell you a bit about it. There are numerous tradeshows for every industry that you can think of. Many of our client come from outdoor clothing, shoes, ammunition, electronics, gaming companies and many others. As you might imagine each manufacturer tries to outdo the other, to make a BIG splash. To be memorable. Some booths are themed, others have huge graphics, and some are multiple levels, even others offer giveaways or any combination. It’s exciting and always interesting.
The fun part is week to week you’ll never work on the same thing, every new project is different, often cutting edge and gives you a chance to learn something new! Not only that, but we also offer an impressive benefits package with health, dental, vision, life insurance as well as vacation you earn as you work. We take care of our team.
Ideally, we’re looking for a person that can work both individually or as part of a team. You should have comprehensive woodworking skills, be creative, can read drawings, and offer ideas to improve our products. Additional skills with metal working, painting, and unusual materials are a plus. We work hard and we play hard.
We understand that not everyone comes with the built-in skills for this type of work. But don’t worry! We can train you! If you are a custom cabinet builder, finish carpenter, custom retail fixture builder or a furniture maker with an eagerness to learn you may have the base skills we need, the rest we’ll show you how.
