We are currently searching for Land Survey Party Chiefs on a permanent long-term basis at our Bothell location.

Desired Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Party Chief performing construction staking, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys
- Good working knowledge of robotic total stations, GNSS, survey calculations, and data collectors
You will:
-Work as lead Party Chief of a field crew team in boundary, topographic and construction survey on single and multifamily residential projects throughout the Puget Sound region
-Operate or direct the operation of Leica, Topcon and Carlson instruments and data collectors
-Perform field calculations on boundary and construction projects
-Work in all weather and topographic conditions
-Become an important member of the Core Design family
