Lile Relocation Services is hiring skilled workplace and cubicle installers to work out of our Kent, Washington branch.
We are seeking skilled installers to join our dynamic team and assist with the assembly, installation and reconfiguration of office furniture, cubicles and modular workstations. The ideal candidate has experience in furniture installation, has a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in corporate environments.
Responsibilities
Install, assemble and disassemble office furniture, cubicles and modular workstations based on project plans.
Perform site measurements and ensure proper fit and alignment of furniture.
Read and interpret blueprints, floorplans and installation manuals.
Safely operate tools, equipment and lifting devices as needed.
Work collaboratively with project managers, designers and team members to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
Able to complete work timely while maintaining a high level of workmanship.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on site.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Assist in loading and unloading box trucks. Keeps trucks, equipment and hardware organized.
Exercise constant attention to safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office furniture or cubicle installation preferred.
Knowledge in systems furniture required
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Able to bend, reach and twist to load and unload boxes, furniture and equipment from vehicle.
Adept at using hand and power tools for assembly.
Strong verbal communication skills, and able to solve problems while maintaining composure.
Meticulous and demonstrate attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for installation projects as needed.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Schedule and Compensation
Full-time, day shift, weekdays, with weekends and after hours as needed by our customers.
$23.00 per hour and up, depending on qualifications and experience.
