Skills

Installing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems

Servicing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Installation, replacement, or repair of fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets, and other equipment as necessary

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals

Ability to Identify maintenance risks on equipment

Ability to build sheet metal transitions

Repairing and installing ductwork (including custom ductwork and relocation)

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems

Responding to service calls and perform repairs as needed

Maintaining related records concerning time, labor, and materials

Maintaining logs of tasks performed and writing reports as required

Repairing ductwork as needed

Understanding indoor air quality

Possessing / Maintaining a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

7+ years of Industry experience

EPA Type II Certification (Universal preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred EL06A (electrical license or training card)

Customer Service

Ability to put customer needs first

Excellent communication skills with the ability to make customers feel comfortable

Salary

Full-Time competitive pay

$30 to $60 DOE

Performance compensation without a cap
