Pay: 37.10 - 51.94 per hour plus bonus

Responsibilities:

- Perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, confidently, without supervision, while maintaining Gaspar's

quality and customer service standards.

- Run multiple jobs at one time.

- Demonstrate craftsman carpentry skills in high-end homes.

- Develop creative solutions when confronted by unique problems.

- Perform various tasks from rough finish carpentry, drywall, painting, rot/leak detection repair, light electrical,

light plumbing, light tilling window, and door installation.

-Supervising subcontractors and providing excellent communication and understanding with customers.

Qualifications:

- A strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems.

- Must have at least 5 years' experience in residential remodeling and 10 years in the trades.

- Ability to instruct others.

- An ability to work independently and make decisions.

- A valid license and a clean driving record.

- Must have the necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance.

- Able to pass drug and background check.

- Basic administrative, computer and arithmetic skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork.

- Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in

confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.

- A lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills

- Must live within 15 miles of Seattle
