Due to the small size and big values of our company, we are a very tight-knit crew and it is important that we all work well together. We are looking for a new team member who prioritizes producing quality work and delivering exceptional customer service. Our starting wage for PL2 employees is $35.00/hour with a built in thirty day review to assess observed skill level and participation - with the opportunity for an increased hourly rate if performance meets expectations.

Our starting wage for apprentices is dependent on your skill level and length of time in the industry. Starting wage will be determined upon the date of your interview if all parties feel that joining the company would be a good fit.
