Very professional and detail oriented a must, we provide a skilled service that is a cut above the rest.
Never rushed or over worked, 8 hour days. 3 days a week at 30per hour. We steadily do one roof a week and some bigger projects we may spread out over 2 or 3 weeks. We like to stay busy but not over work ourselves to the point that our bodies and craftsmanship suffers.
(yes, we like 3 day weekends!)
We need skilled installers for mainly architectural shingles- mostly Malarkey products
Everyone tears off and dries in, and everyone installs.
No drugs on site ever, no weed on site
