Schwab property services is hiring anexperienced Painter(s) for interior and exterior projects in the Tacoma and Puyallup area. We take detail-oriented approaches to every project, using only the best quality paints and materials. Our team is committed to delivering premium painting services in eastern Pierce county with great results.
Responsibilities:
Paint interiors and exteriors of residential homes
Prep surfaces including patching, sanding, and priming
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Communicate clearly with team leads and clients
Make minor repairs such as drywall patching
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Quality tools and sprayer
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
