Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman

Well established, Thurston County Civil Excavation and Utilities company seeking Highly Skilled Equipment Operator with Leadership abilities. Experience in site development from clearing, grubbing, subgrade, water, sewer and storm installations, concrete prep, final grade with asphalt prep, power trenching, and pride in final presentation. We need an Operator who can Lead crews by delegating tasks and overseeing the efficiency of the full scope of work. Must be highly skilled in operating a variety of equipment including dozers, excavators and backhoes along with ability to run lasers and numbers. We work locally with no long commutes.
