Have an experienced crew or a couple of you that work well together and know this business, we are interested.
Below are examples of the knowledge base we are looking for:
Foreman - Customer facing, read plans, all layout, sees ahead, runs equipment, knows structures, know pipe, knows dirt, experienced in ROW, runs job and people. Leads by example, not afraid to get in ditch.
Leads - Reads plans, runs laser, sets grades, installs all pipe private and in ROW, installs structures, handles inspections, as-builts, operates, knows traffic control, leads by example.
Operators - You are part of the ground crew, we do not have dedicated operators. Reads plans, demo structures, cut in footings, set and read grades, knows pipe, materials, and can install. Experienced on excavators.
Labor - Pick demo debris, check grades, install sewer, storm, footing drains, catch basins, vaults, conduit, run compactors, use a shoveletc.
Show us what you know and we WILL PAY you for that knowledge and skill set.
You must pass a pre-employment drug test.
What we do:
Demo existing structures.
Excavate for new footings, and foundations, support pile crews.
Install sewer and storm on property and in the ROW. This consists of CB's, MH, detention tanks, mains, laterals, etc. This includes all types of pipe like DI, PVC, etc.
Installation of water lines and gas conduit.
ROW restoration of sidewalks, drives, street panels, curb and gutter.
You bring:
Team player attitude.
Experience with excavating dirt, cutting footings, digging ditches, laying pipe, setting sewer and storm structures, setting vaults, and installation of Conduit.
