Seattle Staffing LLC is looking for a Facilities Technician to join our growing team and help keep our 6 shops, 2 office locations, and car wash running smoothly in Seattle. If you're mechanically inclined, have a bit of construction know-how, and thrive on variety in your day, this is your chance to join a solid, supportive company with great people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform and troubleshoot a range of basic maintenance and repairs
Respond to facility emergencies
Maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for all buildings
Drive to multiple locations (Seattle Area)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of general building repairs (sinks, toilets, patching, painting, cleaning, cleanup, etc.
Comfortable working independently and thinking on your feet
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Must be 21 or older, per LCB regulations
Prior experience working in facilities-related positions
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent standing and walking.
Frequent use of ladders and stairs
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
