We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with cabin repairs and property landscape maintenance. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential for this job. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train a less skilled person who is a good fit for our business and can work with tools safely. You should also have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work, as well as being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Maintenance duties and responsibilities:
Perform minor fixes and manual labor
Install appliances and equipment as needed
Maintain grounds, including trimming, edging, collecting trash , etc.
Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
Reporting to facilities manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in process
Maintenance Worker Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience as maintenance worker or similar position
Experience working safely with hand and power tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
General passion for creative problem solving
