Open Positions:
1. Tree Service Foreman
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily tree service operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Coordinate with account manager and team members to execute job plans.
Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of job progress and team performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tree service foreman or similar leadership role.
Knowledge of tree care techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
ISA Certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.

2. Tree Climber
Responsibilities:
Perform tree climbing and pruning using proper techniques and safety gear.
Assist with tree removal and rigging operations.
Operate chainsaws, ropes, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect trees for disease, pests, and structural issues.
Collaborate with the foreman and grounds crew to ensure job success.
Requirements:
Experience as a tree climber with knowledge of climbing techniques and equipment.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Strong physical fitness and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license.
ISA Certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.

3. Groundsman
Responsibilities:
Support climbers and foreman by handling ground operations.
Operate wood chippers, stump grinders, and other equipment.
Haul and load tree debris and logs onto trucks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
Perform equipment maintenance and inspections.
Requirements:
Experience as a groundsman or willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong team player with a good attitude.
Valid driver’s license.
