Qualifications:
Fabrication: 3 + years
Welding: 3 + years - Certificates preferred
Pass in house welding test (mig / tig)
Google Suite: Basic understanding of Doc and sheets
Clean Driving Record (no at fault moving violations) - Preferred
If to drive company truck
Customer Service
Ability to do Basic Math
Training Experience a plus
Job Description:
Fast paced, custom metal fabrication shop looking for experienced Welder to assist in fabrication and installation of railings, staircases and other architectural iron designs. Ability to work from shop drawings in a shop setting as well as to frame up onsite is needed.
Applicants need to be self-motivated, able to multitask, be quality-oriented, and excel at working independently on projects with minimal oversight or direction.
A plus if comfortable as a site crew lead.

Essential Functions:
Able to effectively use metal fabrication equipment: Welders, Saws, Drill Press, etc.
Able to hang gates, as well as bend and roll metal
Familiar with appling Patinas
Experience using industry hand tools
Able to measure, template, and plan custom work - CAD experience a plus
Ability to read and build from architectural blueprints and shop drawings
Experience with installation techniques
Able to work with clients on project vision and discuss options
Experience with tool/equipment: maintenance/upkeep
Must be reliable, professional and have excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Rate: $25.00 to $30.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30pm, 30 min unpaid lunch
Start and End Times have some flexibility for right candidate
Some overtime may be required
