Job description
Winchester Construction Inc is a 35+ year highly respected framing contractor working in the greater Seattle area. We have a lot of projects and are looking to bring on team members who can make an impact with quality immediately. We have a few openings for experienced Framers and Carpenters.
In-person interviews scheduled daily, quick hiring decisions and year-round work. We are conveniently located in Lynnwood, WA and you are invited to experience the Winchester Construction difference – come build with us.
Responsibilities/Duties for Framers – Journeyman to Highly Experienced
- All aspects of the framing process
- Work independently but part of the team in a field setting
- Work at heights with fall protection
- Work with consistent speed and accuracy to increase productivity without sacrificing quality or safety
- Stable attendance a must
Experience/Qualifications for Framers – Journeyman to Highly Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of Woodworking, carpentry, or framing construction experience a must
- Must be fully tooled out (Compressor, Hand tools, Corded or Cordless tools, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience safely/accurately using hand and power tools
- Physical activities of this position are standing, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting above shoulders.
- Safely Lift 75+ lbs.
- Ability to work at heights in the field
- Accurately Read a Tape Measure
- Valid Driver’s License/Reliable Transportation
- Stable Attendance A Must
- Clean appearance, punctual, and a positive attitude

Pay: $28 and up depending on qualifications and experience
